Everyone needs this!
I only had this for my second pregnancy and noticed a huge improvement in my abdominal wall immediately. I ordered my prepregnancy size (5’3” 105 lbs - 133 lbs at end of pregnancy, ordered xs). I wore it the day after and initially it was really really tight - I could barely Velcro. By 3 days later it was so much easier and by 10 days after my c section my rectus distasis was gone and my abdomen looked close to normal. It took 2-3 months to get there after my first. It also supported the Caesarian scar and I felt no pain when wearing it but a lot of discomfort when sitting up etc.. without it.

Can’t sit down
This wrap is awful. I was a size 0 prior to pregnancy and post pregnancy still fit into my pre pregnancy clothes. I ordered a small and struggled to get this wrap to close. Granted, the instructions said it should be difficult, but it was a workout getting this thing on. The other thing is you cannot sit down in this wrap which in my opinion defeats the purpose. I can’t breastfeed, eat, use the bathroom, or do anything but stand in it. I had a c section and therefore wanted a wrap that would go low over my hips so as to cover my incision and not rest above it putting downward pressure. This did the later as I could not get it low enough on my hips. Ended up buying a wrap from the brand UpSpring and it is perfect.

It Works!
I am 5'8 and wore size 2 in jeans before getting pregnant. I put on 30 pounds and got Size Small in the BFF Belly Bandit.
I put it on the day after my daughter was born, it was tough putting it on that day and i though i should have gotten a bigger size but i am glad I didnt. My belly was back to looking normal in a week thanks to this wrap! I did not wear this wrap for longer than that since it became too big and Nordstrom sadly does not sell the BFF in XSmall. I did buy the bamboo wrap in xsmall but stopped wearing it after 2 days since it was inferior to the bff.
The BFF is superior to the original and to the bamboo wrap, since it has two different adjustable bands so you can get a custom fit and it is slightly shorter which helps it stay out of the way if you breastfeed and doesnt bunch up/crease as much when you sit.

Not for short torsos
I didn't expect this to be comfortable, but I was hoping it would at least be tolerable. I have a really short torso and it was just not compatible with this. I tried to wear it, but it was so uncomfortable I had to return it. I could barely move--bend over, turn, hold baby while I was wearing it.

I had very high hopes for this wrap, and initially it was working well for me, very supportive during that very first post c-section days, but it lost its shape within the first few days, folding and bending in multiple areas!!! For such a price I did not expect such a poor quality and I am very disappointed.

This is a great product. It is not to long which is great for my short torso. Size up. I’m 5’2” 120 lbs normally, but 135 post pregnancy and have a medium.

best purchase
I got this while I was still pregnant and got it just in case I needed it after delivery. I ended up having to buy the extender since it didn’t fit a week post partum. It was the best purchase. In a week it helped my stomach flatten so much. There have been days I didn’t wear it and I could tell I slowed my progress down when I didn’t wear it so I know this is the reason I lost my belly so fast. I highly recommend this product.
