great compression, quality is amazing! love that the zipper has a cloth barrier so that it doesnt pinch the skin. Love that the zipper is on the side so its less visible under clothes when I wear it out because I wear it at home and to go out. Its feels like everything is in its place and so much support. Without the girdle my stomach feels empty and like its missing something inside. Its a very strange feeling that I don't feel when I have the girdle on.
