Postpartum Corset

I started using Bellefit about a month after I gave birth, I have diastasis recti and my physical therapist recommended that I use a girdle. It has helped so much. I feel so much support in my tummy area. When I wear it Im not scared to pick up my baby or that i'm going to hurt my muscles any further. I do think it helped with the diastasis. My stomach doesn't stick out as much. The little metal bars on the side, forgot what they are called help keep the girdle in place even when I bend down or sit down. The leg area was a little tight at first but I hooked the groin area on the looser setting and it made it fit a lot better.
