Dissatisfied customer
I was appauled the way Nordstrom sent these shoes to me. Look at box in the photos. I keep all my shoes in the original boxes. This box is all ripped off on the sides. The shoe box was packaged in envelope and shipped. Not the service you would expect from upscale Nordsrom. Things are falling thru the cracks.

Nice shoe, however the size runs large
I really like this shoe, very well made!! I normally wear an 8 WW, however the WW fit perfectly, the size 8 was too big which made my heel slip out on the back. I’m trying to get it fixed at a shoe repair and hoping that does the trick to prevent my foot from slipping out at the heel when I walk.
