I use them for cross training and weightlifting. They are flat enough for my leg days, but comfortable enough I can wear them to work as well. Love the hot colors. And I always get compliments on them.

Terrible narrow heavy hurt feet
Nike bellas have been my go to weightlifting shoe - I loved that I could do cardio then lift in the same shoe. This new version is terrible. They are narrow heavy and hurt your feet. Way too much cushion and just overall terrible design. I wish they’d go back to the old bellas.

Fire!!!
Super Cute! Ordered the Hot Pink shoes and they are fire! I run normally between 7 or 7.5 depending on the shoe. I ordered the 7.5 based the product page suggesting ordering a half size up and they fit perfect even with thick socks!!! I DO NOT have wide feet and can see that being an issue with these shoes if you do.
