personal item wonder
I’ve always used my carryon and another backpack. This has the most comfy straps and a super handy trolley pass. The straps on the bottom are so great to keep everything secure. The hanging part is so handy!

One major serious flaw
A couple of things. First major thing is the lower zipper pocket unzips on the bottom of the bag if the bag is hanging by the top loop (so the shoe pouches are upright). So everything will fall out of the lower zipper organizer. And the other thing is it measures 10” D not 8”, bought this to adhere to frontier “personal item” guidelines and it definitely does not. Pity.
