Feels really good, runs EXTREMELY small

These pants run smaller than my other Polo pants
I normally wear size 36” waste and 32” inseam in Polo Varick style jeans and corduroys, but this size in this style slacks was too tight and a little short. Also, the description said that these pants “stretch”, but they stretched very little at the waste. As a matter of fact, the waste was reinforced with extra cotton fabric and an internal button at the fly. I checked to see if I was inadvertently sent a size 34” x 30” instead of a 36” x 32”, but the internal tag did say 36” x 32”.
