Founded in L.A. in 1995 but inspired by the Brooklyn streets, Bed Stu handcrafts shoes and boots for women and men. The brand uses traditional shoemaking techniques like hand-weaving and hand-sewing, as well as natural leathers (from free-range animals when possible) and a vegetable-based tanning process, so each shoe is unique and imperfect but always genuine.

Awesome kicks
Super supple comfortable leather. I am a hairdresser and stand on my feet all day and these shoes are fantastic. I have them in both colors. They are true to size unless you have a very wide foot. Bed Stu You have done it again!!

Very comfortable cool shoes
My husband purchased the shoes. He loves them. They are very comfortable and they look great. The leather is super soft. My husband likes them so much. He wants to purchase a pair of boots from this company.

Sizing is very misleading
I have an older pair of Bed Stu shoes - size 10. I read the review here that said they are narrow, so I ordered 10 1/2. When I got them they looked miniature - I measured them as being 1" shorter and 1/2" narrower than my older Bed Stu's. To equal the size of my old Bed Stu's I would have had to order a pair that were size 12 or 13.
They look great, but had to return them.
