I have a nice collection of shoes from this company and I love them all I recently purchased the princess sandal and a size 11 and the strap across the front top foot is too tight I can't get my foot in I need to return them

These are really tall but very cute and stylish. They will be cute with dresses and skirts. They run a little tight and need to stretch out some to be more comfortable on my wide foot. They are very stylish and well made.

Ok
I loved the first pair I got, but they're too small. So, I have to return them. Regarding the 2nd pair, I'm aware the look of the leather or color may vary from shoe to shoe. However, the 2nd pair looked worn & faded, like they were purchased, used & returned. So, I req. an exchange. I'm still waiting for them to arrive. I will update after I receive the replacement pair.
