Founded in L.A. in 1995 but inspired by the Brooklyn streets, Bed Stu handcrafts shoes and boots for women and men. The brand uses traditional shoemaking techniques like hand-weaving and hand-sewing, as well as natural leathers (from free-range animals when possible) and a vegetable-based tanning process, so each shoe is unique and imperfect but always genuine.

Great but
These are amazing but I ordered the same size as my sandals the boots were just a little to small. Unfortunately they did not have one size bigger either.

not that flattering
The color is almost black and these really look more like work/horse boots. Not that cute in my opinion. The fit was true to size.

Great boots. Comfortable, true to size and soft out of the box. These Janina boots look good worn outside the pant leg or with a skirt/dress. They always grab a compliment!
