What it is: A Nordstrom-exclusive kit packed with two original makeup sponges plus a special case that gets a translucent glittering makeover.

What it does: These wedgeless, non-disposable, high-definition cosmetic sponge applicators feature a unique shape formed from exclusive material that ensures impeccable, streak-free makeup application with minimum product waste. Each is designed for use with primers, foundations, powders, cream blushes or any other complexion product and features an open cell structure that fills with small amounts of water when wet. The dampness allows the sponges to be full so that the makeup product sits on top rather than being absorbed, allowing you to use less product every time. When wet they also double in size and become even softer, returning to their original size and texture again when air dried. When you're done with your sponges simply put them both in the shatterproof Blender Defender case, which can hold two sponges and is vented to allow for proper air circulation.

How to use: Wet the beautyblender with water and squeeze out excess liquid, using a towel if necessary. Then, apply your product to the sponge and bounce it across your face for flawless results. To clean, wet your makeup sponge then rub the tool with a cleanser. Repeat if necessary. Gently squeeze out soap and water then rinse again to remove excess. Set your tool on the included canister to dry.
