Horrible experience w/shipping
Item arrived in a flimsy bag broken and to return the pkg it requires 10 step process bc it's considered a hazard. If it was such a hazard maybe send the item in a box instead of a bag so it doesn't break. Rather get skin care at sephora is less of a hassle

[Employee of lancome] This serum absorbs quickly and leaves my skin noticeably smoother and brighter. After a few uses, my complexion looks more even and hydrated. I love how lightweight yet effective it is—truly a must-have in my skincare routine

Love these products
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] First off headband is so soft. I end up wearing if around the house as a regular headband.
The serum and cream are fantastic. It keeps my skin so hydrated and soft. I usually use just these to products of my face and maybe so hyaluronic acid. But these are my go to. I don't usually wear make up. I would wait a little bit before putting anything makeup wise. I use it in the morning and night but I think it's more for nighttime.
