Our Blending Vessel is designed with 12 internal ribs that intentionally create turbulence during blending. This helps ingredients circulate more effectively and results in smoother, more consistent blends. To make things easier, we typically recommend our Vessel Spatula, which is specially designed to reach around the vessel ribs: https://thebeast.com/products/vessel-spatula?variant=40136387494079 We also offer a Cleaning Brush that works great for cleaning around the ribs and blade area: https://thebeast.com/products/vessel-cleaning-tool Both accessories are temporarily out of stock, but feel free to sign up on the product pages to be notified as soon as they’re back. We’re actively working on restocking them as quickly as possible. In the meantime, here are a couple of tips that may help reduce the need for mid-blend scraping: 1. Aim for at least 1/3 liquid in your blend to help ingredients circulate more freely. 2. Start with 5–7 quick pulses to break up ingredients before running the one-minute timed blend cycle. Below are a few tips that can help improve blending performance and consistency: 1. Pulse First: Start with 5–7 pulses to break up ingredients before running the full 1-minute blend cycle. 2. Liquid Ratio: Make sure about 1/3 of your blend is liquid for smoother results. 3. Mind the Fill Line: Don’t exceed the Max Fill line. If using powders, stay slightly below it to avoid clumping and ensure proper circulation. 4. Our Blending Vessels are made from ultra-durable, BPA- and BPS-free Tritan™ and are designed to be extremely thick - about 2.5x thicker than other comparable blending vessels on the market. Due to the combination of our extremely powerful motor and the nature of the closed container you see in our personal blender (and others), it is safest to keep our Blending Vessels Tritan™. However, our Hydration Bottles are glass so if you'd like to drink from that, you can transfer your blends from your vessel to your bottle: https://thebeast.com/products/beast-bottle-glass We hope this information helps.
