Ireana Tiered Ruffle Midi Dress

Ok, I have to agree with the other reviews, dress is a bit loose flitting. I’m 5’7 135 lbs and got the medium. BUT….why do we need to have form fitting all the time ladies?!!? Let’s just be comfortable this summer. I have four of these dresses— bought all different colors (the best prints are with the details at the bottom!!) and they are a great length, I feel like one of those princess walking around my house. Don’t get me wrong, I can still clean the house, do clay work in pottery studio and clean out the chicken coup… all while feeling like a flowing queen. So much more comfortable than my go to leggings or jeans. I tried it with a white belt but ditched that in air of more comfort. Go for it ladies! It’s a comfy dress that makes you feel good!

I agree with the other reviewers who noted odd jut-out points under the arms: why manufacturers put this pointy thing there I will never know. Women need a bit of extra room in the *front, not under the arm…. Anyway, I don’t normally stand with my arms out so it’s not a deal breaker, but I do plan to sew that little pointy thing together as the dress is otherwise just fabulous. Flowing, princess-like (I like the review that mentioned this!) airy and lightweight: perfect for a hot day. Throw it on and go. I am 5’6” and probably 135# (post-Covid weight gain but currently losing so not sure what my weight is). The small is a good fit for me: roomy but not huge, exactly what I wanted. I got 3 compliments within the first hour wearing this dress, from random people. (This is on the Provence Floral- dark red floral with the bottom border). I ordered the dress in 4 colors as I wasn’t sure which I would prefer on me— am keeping this Provence Floral and the pale blue floral (called “Embrace”) as the pattern is pretty on me and the pointy underarm-thingy is less pronounced on these two. I’m including a pic of the pointy underarm thing on my Provence Floral dress for illustration.

I wanted to love this due to the cute print -- alas, I am a busty gal so probably not the style for me. It did fit mostly fine across the chest (i am 5'8" and 185) but the armholes are cut weirdly. Lopsided as one of the armpits had this weird point that stuck out (but just one side?), and my bra sides showed, so although I like this brand, generally, this item didn't work.

I usually would order a medium, but the small fit me better in this dress. I liked the red print dress so much that I also ordered the pale blue print, and the white with black dots. I'm about 5' 4" and length was a bit longer on me than in the photo, but still midi-looking. These will be so comfortable to wear on vacation, and around town when the temperature rises.

So happy I took a chance on this dress. I'm usually a size Medium but it was sold out so I ordered the Small in the blue Liberty color. I have a "pear" shape figure 5'2" & 145 lbs. 36 B chest and the small fit great. The length is just like the model shown. I love the slinky and flattering feel and look of the fabric. The material under the armpits flares out a bit but it's not noticeable when worn. I also ordered the Coley shift dress in a size Medium which fit nice too. I love it when you order the right size the first time around. This is the first time ordering this brand and I am happy with quality and fit so far. I hope they wash well too.
