Woulve Been Nice To Have Both Shoes Instead of One
Ordered prom shoes from Nordstrom—only received the left shoe. After two failed reorders, they told me the shoes are no longer available. Prom is next week. Everything was planned around these shoes: suit, decor, the whole look.
Customer service rep Charlie was kind and tried to help, but no compensation or real solution was offered. Super disappointed. This was a big moment—and Nordstrom dropped the ball.
