Odd fitting neckline
I ordered this top in a small (I'm 5'4", 125lbs) and it ran very large. This top seems poorly designed because the sleeves would not stay up. The whole garment is lightweight and gauzy, so there is nothing to weigh the top down and keep the sleeves on your shoulders. Moreover, if the sleeves fall down, the top opening is too large to even wear as an off- the-shouoder top. Returned.

Quality of merchandise
I truly would give it a zero if it were available!!! The three articles of clothing I purchased I returned because of the workmanship, quality was horrific, and sizing was completely wrong. I truly do not feel I would shop at Nordstrom rack again!!!
