The necklace is dainty and cute, but the quality is poor. It arrived with kinks in the necklace, which was mentioned by a previous shopper. My first time wearing it and the chain broke without any tension or force.

Cute, but bad chain
I had high hopes for this, and they would have been met if the chain wasn't as bad as it is. It looks wrinkled, like the chain was all squeezed into a ball. I tried un-wrinkling by pulling it straight, but to no avail. The charm is cute, but I wanted a necklace with a pretty and functioning chain, not one that looks like it came out of a gumball machine. Got this for a good price, but it's still going back
