Poor quality hardware.
At first glance the bracelet is adorable but ends up to be poor quality materials. My 2nd time wearing it the gold ball on one end fell off. I was a little bummed but figured it’s so cute I won’t complain because its still wearable and then the next/3rd time I wore it because there was no more ball on the end to hold it together in the adjuster clasp hardware, the gold chain slid all of the way out so now it’s unusable. Such a bummer and waste of money. I bought my daughter & I matching ones too. Would not recommend.

Friendship bracelet
The bracelet is beautiful and fits well. The initials and heart are very nice, although the extension chain part, one of the chains has completely rusted it looks dark in a different color from the other side.
I was wondering if I could exchange it. I do love it, this one just has this slight defect.

So cute, broke immediately
This is such a cute bracelet, but the chain broke within a day of very light wear. We tried putting it back together by pushing the links back in and squeezing them closed, but it would just break again, in the same spot and in other spots. Stay away from the chain pull closure design!
