Daily luxury of beautiful scent
I love the Basil scent from Le Labo. I bought the hand soap during the Anniversary sale and had to buy the shower gel too. I need to find a pump top as I prefer a pump dispenser for the shower. I'm also getting the hand lotion to complete the set. It's a very fresh herbal scent, like walking around an organic herb and vegetable garden. The hand soap and shower gel never leaves my skin feeling dry. Yes, it's pricey but it's a daily use luxury.

I was so disappointed in this shower gel. I expected it to be good since Le Labo is such a highly rated brand. I ordered the Basil/Sesame scent and excepted it to be a green herbal scent. It wasn't, it was a pure floral scent, and not a very pleasant smelling one. It also dried out my skin terribly. It claims to have sesame oil in it so it shouldn't be drying, but it is. It did not leave my skin "soft and smooth" (as it claims). I've used tons of various shower gels over the years and this one is one of the worst ones I've used.

Worth the Splurge
Is this body wash on the expensive side? Yes.
Does it smell amazing and actually lathers? Also, yes!
If you feel like splurging (I bought this with a $10 coupon), then I would highly recommend this body wash! I already use a Dove body wash but sometimes I like to use this one if I'm going out for a special occasion because the scent really lingers and smells very natural and comforting

Incredible scent
I absolutely love love this shower gel. Definitely not too floral...more of a fresh, woodsy high-end luxury spa scent. My husband loves it too! My shower smells amazing after! I really wish they had a body lotion or even a fragrance.
