Disappointed! Wanted to love this :(
I purchased this as a gift for my manager who enjoys luxury hand lotions. When gifted we noticed that it was clear and sticky like soap. After much confusion, we realized that the bottle that we purchased was in fact filled with soap and not lotion. I reached out to their customer service team about exchanging it but haven't heard from them in over 48 hours. I'm extremely disappointed in the poor quality control because it was so embarrassing. Imagine us in his office with sticky soap in our hands trying to apply it like lotion :( Can someone reach out to me to fix this?

Not like the hand pomade
The formula is too light in scent and consistency especially for this price point. I am going to keep it because I like having the corresponding soap and lotion in my guest bathroom.
