Bashful Luxe Bunny Rosa Stuffed Animal

I am extremely frustrated with my recent experience and the lack of quality control and inventory management. The item I received is clearly defective—the arms are sewn backwards, and one arm is significantly longer than the other. This should never have passed inspection. The quality is unacceptable. Additionally, this is now the second time within 30 days that I have been charged for an order, only to have it canceled days later due to inventory issues. Charging customers and then canceling orders because of inaccurate inventory is completely unacceptable and reflects poorly on your internal processes. I purchased these items specifically for my children for Easter, and I am now left without them with very limited time to find replacements. This situation was entirely avoidable. At this point, I expect more than a standard response. I would like a clear explanation of how this occurred, as well as a prompt resolution—whether that is a replacement, refund, or appropriate compensation. Unless this is addressed properly, I will not be placing future orders. I expect a timely response.
