Right Wheel is already squeeling
Extremely dissapointed with this wheel noise. I’m a pilot who used luggage works for ten years. I like the bag itself but one wheel is already squeeling. I used lubricant and cleaned the wheel and still very loud. Ridiculous for the price point to have this happen already

The layout is perfect -
The layout is perfect - I have used this model for 20+ years but decided to update. The 2 mesh zippered sections are smaller than my old model. Wish they would have kept the same size.
I travel all over from Europe to Asia - size is perfect - not too small - not to big.

Love the bag.., one major flaw
The bag itself is awesome. Being able to adjust the height when done packing is a game changer. The strap that snaps on top is not so good though. I have only had my bag two weeks and lost the strap. The connection with the strap and clamp on the bag is not sturdy enough (just my opinion) in the process of finding a replacement strap on the website. Hopefully I can find one.

Been a flight attendant for
Been a flight attendant for 32 years and this bag is unbelievable, wish I had made this purchase years ago. I'm a commuter so I back extra as I'm gone for days and I'm tall and have big feet so I need the extra room and I cannot believe how light and easy it is to roll this bag through the airports. Another flight attendant friend told me it's with the purchase and she was sooooo right!!!! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Great 2 wheeled luggage
The functionality and versatility of this carryon is amazing. The garment section of the carryon is quite large capacity. I was able to put 7 shirts and 3 pants which had no wrinkles when I unpacked. The lifetime guarantee and the ease of use and large capacity are great factors to purchase this carryon.

One year in thousands of miles traveled
I have been a Flight Attendant for 36 years and have owned a number of different bags over the years. One year in with the 2 wheel Baseline Essential 22" and I can honestly say that this is by far the best bag I have owned. With the flat bottom I can easily pack everything flat and I have no problem carrying everything i need for 7days of work. It pulls super easy and fits in just about every aircraft overhead bin (except very small regional jets i. e. CRJ-900) that I work or commute on. The material is solid and still looks great even after one year. I have never had a issue with the handle and I do clean the outside of the wheel bearings from time to time to remove carpet fibers so the wheels spin smoothly. Yes many will say the price is high but this is a bag for life. The crew bags we are offered from that other brand are junk and barely last a year or two. I may not have too many years left as a Flight Attendant but I know this bag will last me far beyond and into retirement. Thank you Briggs and Riley for making a quality product
