Very uncomfortable and foot gets pain. Size down
Despite sizing down full-size when you walk significant heel drop. I tried thicker socks and insoles. It still happens, very regrettable purchase and uncomfortable.

Size 10 too small, no 10.5s left, got size 11, a bit big but heel pads fixed it. Comfortable, warm, and good looking. Only downside is the opening is wide.
