Barénia - Hair Mist

I blind bought this after seeing so many positive reviews. Fragrance is a personal thing, so I’m not as wowed by this as everyone else. It smells chic, sophisticated, and it isn’t an obvious in your face, floral or overly sweet or gourmand scent, which is what I love about it. It’s supposed to be a chypre, so the patchouli anchors it and gives it a slightly weighty, more sophisticated feel. However, I have other hair mists in my collection and prefer those a bit more to this. It does last all day in my hair, which is fantastic, considering most hair mists don’t. The packaging is also boring and not as luxe as I’d expect Hermes to be. Overall, it’s a pretty fragrance that lasts all day, but not my favourite.

I received a sample of this perfume and it is now my absolute favourite scent. It’s so interesting and different with a strong and dramatic woody aroma. The hair fragrance is a great way to buy it as it’s much cheaper than the original perfume and lasts for ages and leaves hair with an incredible fragrance.

The fragrance is so nice - warm, leathery, and a little bit powdery. Can honestly say it's unique and very chic smelling, it actually lasts all day in my hair, which is pretty impressive! The only downside? The bottle is kinda boring and generic, which is a shame for such a fancy product. I expected something more elegant from Hermès. But honestly, the scent is so good that I’ll still keep using it.
