Damaged product
There was a flaw in the fabric. I wanted an exchange and did return the product about a month ago and haven’t heard anything.

All returns take 7 - 15 business days to fully process once received at our facility during/right after the holidays due to the influx of return requests and holiday warehouse closures. Please note we paused shipping, order processing, and return processing from 1/12-1/22 for inventory. Processing will resume on 1/23 in the order received.
