Worth it! So soft and warm!
Absolutely love Barefoot Dreams apparel! I'm 5'5" and about 230-240lbs- I read some reviews that said order a size down of what you think you need and therefore I ordered a size 1X and this worked very well. I have larger arms and therefore always get nervous that although the shirt/jacket may technically fit me it may be quite uncomfortable on my arms. This was not and fit great! Love the softness of it and love the color as well. I've seen some others say this washes great but I have to say I learned the hard way that if you do machine wash this be sure to wash and dry it by itself with not other clothes. And even if you do that it will still come out of the dryer with lots of little "balls" all over the clothing. I like the apparel enough to take the time to clean it all off but it takes a lot of time and "picking." I've not dry cleaned any of them so not sure if this works better but it you wash/dry it with any other items you will have little fabric balls ALL over the other items as well. Other than that I truly do love this top- I've have 3 so far! SOOOOOO comfortable and cozy for cooler weather.

I love these sweaters but the stone colored sweater sheds no matter how closely I follow the cleaning instructions. It’s so bad that so can’t wear it in public without shedding all over my car, office or anywhere else.

Best gift!
This is the second Barefoot Dreams purchase for my mother in law...needless they have been her favorites! The cardigan is super soft, warm when needed and effortlessly stylish. The first was purchased over 4 years ago, this one makes her second and they look amazing still after wash, wear and lots of travel. Buy it you won't regret it...actually, I want one for myself. Oh and true to size!

Sheds like crazy!
Although this sweater is very soft it sheds like crazy. I made the mistake of wearing this with a white t-shirt the first time I wore it and there were black fuzz balls all over the shirt. I have fuzz balls on my desk, the carpet, and you could tell everywhere i had been by the trail of black fuzz balls. I thought washing it would solve the problem, but it did not. I gave it 2 stars because it is soft and feels good on the skin, but I can't take the shedding. Going back!

Unfortunately this material sheds on everything
This is a cozy and well cut cardigan that I thought was going to be great for the holidays at home but I had to return it, when after wearing for an hour around he house I noticed that it was shedding on everything - sofa, my tee shirt, pants, etc. This design flaw needs to be fixed. The material feels great but it’s no good if it sheds everywhere.

Cozy, soft hug of a sweater
I purchased this in blue - it's gorgeous. The sizing seems true to size.
The sweater is a soft thick knit, yet it's not heavy, not stiff, nor is it overwhelmingly warm. It's just perfect for pulling on on a cool evening.
I'm not a super-fan of the "cocoon syling" - the rounded cut in front. It's comfortable for lounging, but for plus sizes it's not as flattering as a straight cut, and it makes it definitely a lounging-wear item for me.
But for all that, it's gorgeous, soft, comforting, and really lovely. I'm happy with this purchase.
