Cozy Terry Caftan

Since I was diagnosed with breast cancer last year, and had to stop HRT, I've had many nights woken by a hot flash that had me sweating right through my sheets. After months of sleeping on towels, I began to search to see if anyone made terry cloth sleepwear. To be the Holy Grail it would have to be moisture wicking, but this caftan looked like it might do the trick. Unfortunately, the loopy, moisture absorbing side of the fabric is on the Outside of this caftan. So there would be no benefit in my keeping this. If you are still interested, I would suggest your regular Barefoot Dreams size. Mine is a Large and it fit OK. There are pockets at the hips and Barefoot Dreams cuts small in the hips and large in the waist, so they added bulk at exactly the wrong point on my 5'5" frame. But the length is closer to the ankle than a midi would be. The fabric is a bit weightier than I expected too. Plus, if you are thinking of their Cozy Chic or Cozy Chic Lite fabric, this is nothing like that. It's a synthetic and cotton blend. None of that softness collectors have come to expect.

As the previous lady wrote, the material isn’t cozy and the terry is on the outside only. I agree with her review and they should’ve used a higher cotton percentage. However, it is flattering and I think it’d be great for the pool. I bought it in two colors and throw it on after a shower. Fairly flattering. They look quite nice with my Gucci slides.
