Midnights Lace Dress

Great material and looked expensive (sale price couldn't be beat) but I'm 24" waist, 5'3", 100lbs, 32A, and this was just too long and large on top for me. Even with some alterations, I think it still wouldn't look quite right.

The Bardot Midnights Lace Dress in Ash Blue and size XSmall fit me well, I'm 5'1" and 110 lbs. Sleeves were a tad long. Skirt length was five inches below my knee for a true midi style. Although the sweetheart neckline is nice, if you have any sort of chest it could be an issue of it being too revealing. Definitely would need a strapless low back bra. Material has some stretch, but it's a body-con style, so just be aware. Also, I feel like this dress is probably well suited for an middle to older aged lady. It's not a very youthful style. Ultimately, I ended up returning this for another dress that was more comfortable style wise. I would recommend this dress, but it just wasn't for me.

It is a beautiful dress. I just wish I had bought it in a bigger size. I will still keep it.

Got this for my daughters wedding, it’s gorgeous! Fits like a glove. I got the blueish color. The wedding is on top of a mountain in Montana so it’s casual enough but classy enough for mother of the bride. I’ll be able to wear it again as well!

The dress is pretty. When I tried it on it was stiffer material than I expected and the arm area was too baggie.

I ordered this dress in a medium because the reviews said that it runs a bit small. I am 5'6" 130lbs and the medium was way too big. I returned it, but it was lovely. It seemed to be well made and I love the lace skirt detail.
