Bella Off the Shoulder Velvet Dress

I usually wear 2P (or regular 0) and am almost 5'3". The XS (4) runs a bit small for a 4 in terms of being snug circumferentially (around my body) but the material stretches if you buy your usual size and want a more body-con fit than shown on the model; but the arm portions were not snug enough for me (I have relatively average-to-slightly-broad shoulders and toned thin arms) and the hem fell just below my knees. I own Bardot's last season's version that has long off-shoulder sleeves and a shorter hemline in XS, which I love -- and is fitted (body con); this year's velvet dress works best for a taller slender person without narrow shoulders (or a petite who wants the hem below the knees and may need Alterations to take the shoulder portion taken in). The bodice is well-constructed and stays up "by itself." If you fit this, it's a bargain at sale price for the great quality. Esp perfect for Valentine's, Christmas, maybe a winter ball or wedding. The soft, comfy material is stretchy and a perfect quality medium thickness, and the color is pretty much what shows on my Mac (maybe just a eensy less red tone, but not so much brown that I can't wear it . . . as I can't wear brown or orange brick tones).
