Lowerdale Slim Fit Quilted Vest

I've always had an eye on this vest because Barbour is a great brand and I was looking for a nice vest for the Fall... I'm usually a size medium for vests because I like a snug fit. However, this medium vest was too tight. It was difficult to zip up and very tight in the chest, as well as very very short. I tried on the Large vest on and it was loose throughout the torso. I think these newer Barbour Lowerdale vests are cut differently than the older Barbour vests.

Only giving this 4 stars because of the fit. My husband has a very athletic/muscular build with a large chest and arms. He normally wears a medium or large, but in most jackets and vests he is a medium. He couldn't button the medium up at all. With that said the green is the perfect color, not too bright or dark. He love the quality and overall style of this vest.

Definitely not “regular fit”. My husband wears L or XL and couldn’t begin to zip the XL. Ordered the XXL and hope it fits because the best is very good looking with great features.

Great looking vest and quality, but I would not describe this as true to size. The slim fit is VERY slim, and unless you are super skinny would suggest ordering a size up.

Ok Vest, I’m sure it works well for skinny people. If you have any kind of love handles/stomach fat, the side buckles hit it at a pretty unflattering place.

I ordered a large and it runs small, took it back and got a X-Large, it fits perfectly, I believe it’s the best looking vest out there and very comfortable.
