Cool edgy dress

This dress is super cute yet edgy cool. Unfortunately it’s not very formal enough for formal events but I’m looking forward to wearing it to casual events when the weather gets warmer. The top could be better, it’s a little tight on me (36B/C, 135lb, 5’4”) but the medium is sold out and I think the medium would’ve been too large below.
