Sadly Disapointed
I’ve been a loyal customer for some time now since I was introduced to your company and I’ve always been impressed with the quality and craftsmanship of your products. Unfortunately, I cannot say the same about my recent purchase.
After spending several hours trying to adjust each branch, pinecone, and berry clump, I was unable to get the item to resemble anything close to what was shown in the pictures. The coordinating wreath also fell short of expectations. It’s disheartening, as I was really looking forward to receiving something as beautiful as the items I’ve purchased in the past.
I hope you’ll take this feedback into consideration, as I’ve always had great experiences with your company until now.

The bulbs are dim. Battery runs out quickly
We hung this Garland around our door. It's pretty but the lights are dim. You could barely see it from the street. Also, it eats batteries. The battery is essentially died after 2 days of use.
