Shoes arrived very quickly! Although I wish the Seattle flagship store actually carried these in stock, it was nice to be able to get these to my son ASAP, especially since he’d saved for so long. They shouldn’t be worn with thick socks and definitely try a size down from your normal size, as they will stretch and you don’t want your foot to slide around in them either. All around, he’s happy with the purchase.

Extreamly happy I found the noir Balenciaga sneakers on Nordstrom.com because it's sold out every where in my size. I'm normally a size 9 US but in EURO I've learned to size down for a better fit (size 41) I first bought a 42 and it was slighty bigger but still wearable. When a size 8 US was back in stock I jumped on it and exchanged the size 9. The sock design is fitted to your foot like a glove and goes well with everything. I want to buy every color but my wallet won't allow it.

These have to be the most comfortable sneakers made. These sneakers should be classified as orthopedic sneakers because they are truly comfortable. I love the way they look paired with skinny jeans. The reason why I had to return them was solely due to cost per wear. I feel late to this sock sneaker trend (3-4 years late) and knowing myself, I’d wear them a couple times and box them up. Also, the price is so expensive. $825 for knitted sneakers. I thought I could justify the price. Some styles can cost up to $975, add tax, and that ‘s well over $1K. As for fit, I went half size down. Im a size 11.5 in Nike and Adidas. Size 44 (11) in Balenciaga’s were perfect. My only concern was if the knit will hold up with wear. My toes were slightly rubbing against the knitted fabric. I questioned if I’d penetrate a hole after wearing them consistently. Here are a few photos to help you decide.
