Beautiful but…
The bag is beautiful but I only gave it 4 stars because of the following reasons: 1) it did not come with a box; 2) the dust bag came wrinkled (like used) and the cord is broken; and 3) bag didn’t have a tag. I found the tag inside the bag, like the item has been purchased and returned. These things wouldn’t matter as much if I purchased the bag on sale but I paid full price for it so it’s disappointing. I would return it and ask for another one if I lived near a a Nordstrom but since I don’t, it’s too much trouble to bring it back.
