Which floor to return Luxury brand item
This earrings are cute but too heavy for my ears. So I when to Cherry Creek location to return them, First I when to 2nd floor the sales told me that luxury brand has to be returned at 1st floor. So I go down stairs, the sales told me I have to return Luxury brand at 2nd floor. That is quite irritating, I recommend Nordstrom can confirm to the rules and make it clear.
