Taylin Ankle Strap Sandal (Women)

These shoes are gorgeous. I bought them for my 50th Class Reunion because the were so pretty and had a 2 inch heel. I purchased twice. The first pair I bought were way too big so I returned and got a smaller size. They were perfect when I tried them on. The problem came when I actually wore them. By the time I walked from the parking area to my event, my toes were hanging over the front of the shoe, especially the right foot. It was like that front strap across stretched as you walked. Both of my feet slid down in the shoe but the right foot was the worse. It was like a different size and they were flopping off and my toes hung over the front about an inch with an inch in the heel of the shoe. I even checked the shoe size on the bottom to make sure they were both the same size. I tried tightening the strap but that did not help. I really loved these shoes, so beautiful but I will won't ever be able to wear them. I spoke with customer service and they said it is at the discretion of the manager if I can return. Fingers crossed.
