confused by positive reviews

This is by far the worst mascara I’ve ever used. Definitely the worst waterproof! After seeing that Nordstrom has it rated so high compared to other site I feel like these are fake reviews. DO NOT BUY THIs!

Surely Not Waterproof!

I was so surprised that this mascara smudges so easily, particularly because it is waterproof. It runs immediately after the first application. Just doesn't make sense.

Smudged and left black flakes under eyes

I had high hopes for this mascara as the search for a great waterproof mascara continues though this ended up being quite an embarrassing disaster. I ended up with fark smudges and large black flakes under my eyes within hours of putting this on--and I was out and saw that I had raccoon eyes. It also did not build volume as described nor as in the photos though it did seem to add a bit of length though the lashes remained "skinny looking." I've not had any mascara--waterproof or no--leave such large chunks under the eye and in addition to those and the dark smudges, my eyes got quite irritated.

Amazing but we need other colors

I adore this mascara - switched brands I love it so much. BUT we need a brown waterproof one PLEASE! My lashes only hold a curl with waterproof and I really want a softer color ofr my no makeup looks. (Why are there no good brown waterproof mascaras?)

Not worth the trouble

I was influenced to by this by a glowing recommendation on TikTok and I'm very disappointed. The formula is too thick and it clumps my lashes together. It sweats off under my eyes when it's too hot. And overall not a good mascara for someone with thinner lashes.
