(This review was collected as part of a promotion.) I received this as a sample from Influenster. I really like the scent of the Carolina Herrera - Bad Boy Cobalt Absolute, my wife likes it as well. It is a little bit strong but definitely long lasting. It’s got a woody and earthy scent from sage, black truffle and resinous woods. Bad Boy Cobalt Absolute is a great fragrance that you can wear on a night out that will last you all evening, but also great during the day. It smells great when sprayed on skin right after getting out of the shower to capture that warm spicy scent. This is guaranteed to leave a mark when you’re out on a date, or just staying in to do a movie night. The bottles classic design is a nice addition to the Bad Boy collection while having its own distinctive and unique gold accent. And for this price, you can’t beat it at a great value.

The bottle remains the iconic lightning bolt with blue glass with textured gold accent along the edges. It’s definitely a cold weather fragrance that opens up to an aromatic freshness of lavender and sage quickly transitioning to an earthy woody trial of sophistication. It lasts around 7-9 hours on clothes.

I can sense woody and vanilla smell that lasted through out the day. To be honest, it’s different from perfumes that I usually use, however my wife likes it. Great smell, great design, long lasting!
