will not help with head shape!
Back and bare are best. There is no data to support the use of pillows to address head shape and they can in fact make head shape worse. Your baby should be able to indolently and freely move their neck on a firm surface such as the crib mattress or floor.

Small, but kind of effective
I thought it would be bigger for some reason, but it is a good compact size. It is quite shallow so it doesn’t do much but it helps keep babies head in one place so in essence, it works.
