Poor experience
I bought a snowsuit for my daughter’s birthday on November 19, I didn’t receive it till November 30 and it was wrong size. So we couldn’t give my daughter for her birthday. I called the CSC and they helped me to order the right size on November 30 and I still haven’t received it yet. The tracking number doesn’t work. I never expect poor experience at Nordstrom like this.
