Bri Bri belt
I ordered this belt in both colors because I wanted to see them in person. They are both very nice looking in person so you can't go wrong with either color. As for sizing, I wear a size 25 in jeans and I ordered both the small and medium. I kept the medium because I'm able to wear it at my natural waist and over my jean's belt loops (this belt will not fit through the belt loops on your jeans/pants you have to wear it over them. The baby bri bri will fit through most belt loops). I think this belt looks better than the baby bri bri when worn at your natural waist over dresses though. Because of the price of this belt, I wanted the option to wear it both ways. The small fit my natural waist but did not fit if I wanted to wear it over my belt loops on my jeans. The medium fit me just like in the pictures (the belt buckles were closer together when worn at my natural waist and further apart when worn lower over my belt loops). I also ordered the baby bri bri. The baby bri bri runs larger than this one. The small baby bri bri was a little too big in size for me to wear at my natural waist. It was too loose on the tighest buckle and slid down, but fit perfectly for wearing as a regular jeans belt.

runs small
Wow bought the baby bri first in a medium and I was too big on my natural waist and I didn't like how it looked because the small buckles. Order the medium is this belt and it is SO small. It barely fits around my natural waist. Will be returning for large

does not fit in any jean loops
The leather part of the belt is not what doesn't fit in the loops of jeans.. it's the huge hardware that doesn't go through the loops. This belt is super cute if you intend to wear it on top of button downs, sweaters, or dresses but it's a bit expensive for not being able to serve the purpose of a belt. Sad to be returning it... Nordies has the best customer service!

Gorgeous!--But There's a Little Prob
The Bri Bri is BEAUTIFUL. I was not expecting a belt of the quality that I received. The leather is beautiful and so are the buckles. I bought the Bri Bri in the silver, and I feared the silver buckles would look gaudy, but they are beautiful. Also, this is the first waist belt that actually fits my waist. I ordered the size small and I have a 23 1/2-24 inch waist, and the belt fits at my waist if I use the tightest holes. ...Now, with all that said, I have to say that I'm disappointed that the belt buckles are too large to actually fit through belt loops of standard jeans. I even tried to pair the belt with vintage Levis, which sometimes have larger loops, but to no avail. I'm so in love with the belt that I've decided to keep it, anyways, and wear it over dresses, sweaters, and possibly belt loops. I'm going to buy the Baby Bri in the hopes that I'll actually be able to wear it through belt loops.

Stylish but not practical
So the belt is super cute but here is the kicker, it is exactly what it says it is... a waist belt. However, the other style of this is just the same (the low style). Meaning - you cannot put this belt through any loops in your pants, jacket, or anything else. I thought the buckle might come off but I was wrong. I loved the belt but was disappointed in the lack of versatility.

Not as amazing as hoped
Don't get me wrong - this belt is absolutely beautiful in person. The details on the buckle and the quality of leather is great. There is nothing wrong with the look or quality of the belt itself. I was just disappointed and will return the belt (and hopefully get the baby Bri Bri instead if it's not sold out) because the buckle is too large to fit through my belt loops. It doesn't sit right if I just put it over top of jeans or shorts. I got a small and I'm a size 25 in bottoms. On the largest hole, I still can't wait it with mid-rise pants. Must be high rise. So get a M if you are a 25 and want to wear it as a hip belt. Even still, it would probably work as a waist belt on the smallest hole. I'm sure it would be perfect over a skirt or dress. But I really wanted it to be a practical belt I could wear with EVERYTHING. The baby Bri Bri would probably be perfect.
