Received damaged blazer twice

I was able to order this blazer when it came back in stock online (aka someone returned it). I noticed pulls in the fabric and returned the blazer to Nordstrom as a damaged item, providing detailed notes on the damage. When I saw the blazer was available again I ordered it a second time only to receive the exact same blazer that I returned the first time. Do better, Nordstrom. Don’t send your customers subpar merchandise.

Great jacket

The fit is oversized, the fabric is awesome. Sleeves are long. I will have to have them shortened. I’m excited to wear this on a Fall Day.
