wrong item sent to me

Ordered a size 43 and was sent a size 37 (floor model) in a size 43 box. So disappointed! Nordstrom has become careless in checking the product for quality and the customer service has just dipped overall.

gorgeous and comfy

Debated getting these due to bad reviews - so glad I did. They are a rich beautiful hue and so freaking soft is the leather that walking in them is like a heeled slipper.
