'stress-fixâ„¢' Concentrate Stress-Relieving Aroma

I could not be more disappointed in this product. I don't know if I received a defective sample but the product never seems to come out of the roller ball . . . after repeated rolling it back & forth & every which way if you get in a bright light you can sort of see where it's finally come out on to the skin. Once this is finally accomplished in no way can you smell it, ever. Much less five minutes later. I apply it to wrists, behind the ears, décolleté , all pulse points & never ever does the smell reach my nostrils. How is this supposed to relieve stress? I wish I could return it but I tossed the packing slip -- so sure was I that it, like all Aveda products I love, would be a hit. I've now taken to not rolling it on but keeping it conveniently by to just smell . . . it does smell divine & is a very relaxing smell -- it just doesn't come out of the tube nor last. Will NOT be buying again!
