What it is: A treatment that instantly detangles, softens hair and keeps beautiful color locked in with radiant shine.
What it does: The rich leave-in treatment is specially formulated with 7X more conditioning agents compared to the light leave-in treatment, for added hydration and softness. It's ideal for medium to thick hair types, with high-performance plant-power protection for color-treated hair. A weightless seal helps keep tones vibrant, color-true and luminous, wash after wash. It also works as a heat-protection spray, protecting against heat damage from styling (up to 450°F), which impacts color radiance. UV Protection Sand ginger, a naturally derived UV filter, protects colored hair from drying effects of the sun.

Lovely soft and beautiful smelling hair
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I used this on my long low-lighted thick hair. It was trial and error to begin with whilst working out how much to use for the best result. I use this on my hair from 2/3 of the way down and a pea size amount. This gives my hair a lovely soft texture and keeps it smooth without weighing it down. Appears to keep my colour longer. (I am an ELC employee and was gifted this product)

I would not buy this product again
I have been using Aveda products for many years - this is the first time I am dissapointed with an Aveda product. This is much too heavy and weighs my hair down - I had to rewash my hair to remove the product. Much too heavy for a leave in product. Dissapointing.

I would not buy this product again

Sticky after feel
I bought this product on the recommendation of the salon attendant. I was looking for a replacement for the Color Conserve leave in conditioner, which has been discontinued. I don't color my graying hair but love the way the Color Conserve LIC gave my curly hair a softness and a loft. After the first use, I had gummy hair that was stiff, sticky, and looked weird. I washed it out and used what little was left of the Color Conserve. Much better.

Feels like it has powder in it
I went to Aveda store for help finding new leave-in/styling cream. I've been using the Smooth Infusion styling cream for years. The woman told me this was good replacement. But it feels like it contains powdered substance in it. Not easy to run thru my hair, leaves a tacky feeling and feels weird when it gets wet in the shower ( like it won't come out). I will return it. First Aveda return that I've ever made. I'll keep trying to find a simple clean/slick styling cream.

Really nice!
I just dyed my hair recently and wanted to try this out to keep my hair coloring stay vibrant. It makes my hair feel so smooth and look very silky and shiny. So far I've been really loving it (gifted by aveda )

complimentary from Aveda The treatment is marvelous. After processing it and changing its color, my hair weakened and lost hydration, which made it very brittle and thanks to the treatment, I have noticed changes in my hair. I have seen it more manageable and hydrated. Continue using this treatment since I He likes to use products for more than a month so that his result is more noticeable!
