Not the same
This product used to be a thick almost paste-like consistency, filled with granules. This new formula is runny and sparse, feeling more like the "daily" version Aveda had in the shorter bottle. Disappointed after having used this product for years.

Not Creamy As Described
I was excited to order this product after reading great reviews and watching an Aveda product video demonstrating a lovely thick, creamy product. The tube I received dispensed/dripped white water with course granules. I shook the product tube to see if possibly the product had separated and it audibly sounds like water in the tube without improved consistency. Customer Service was kind enough to send a replacement. However, the replacement dispensed and shook like white water as well. If the consistency were as described/illustrated (creamy, clay based), it would likely be a fantastic product.

Perfect consistency!
I absolutely love this product! It leaves my skin feeling so clean, soft and smooth, and also makes it appear brighter and more evenly toned. My skin is very sensitive and subject to extreme dryness, especially during the winter months. However, I've been able to use this product daily without causing any additional dryness or redness/irritation. The refining particles are just right in terms of consistency with the creamy base. They are very tiny and perfectly blended so that applying it to the face feels soft and gentle, rather than scratchy or abrasive. This stuff also helps remove some of my flaky patches of dry skin effortlessly. A little goes a long way so this lasts longer than you'd think for the size of the bottle. That being said, this radiant refiner is well worth the price, and it's true... you get what you pay for! High quality product & highly recommend!

I LOVE this exfoliant!
I've just used this for the first time and I absolutely love it! The exfoliating grit is very fine and gentle. I've just toned and moisturized and my skin looks and feels fantastic!
