the lid on the cup literally falls off

I don’t know if I got a defective product or something but the lid on the cup does not seal. If I tip the cup the lid falls off, this would not work for a baby that would most likely shake the cup. I wanted something baby proof, sadly did don’t work. Love the color but the design is lacking.
