Love this frame!

My first Aura was a present from my daughter- we both uploaded many favorite pictures to it! I love it because nowadays pictures are stored on phones and computers/ rarely printed and looked at. I put my frame in the kitchen where I spend hours every day. I smile every time I see a new picture come up- I don’t even mind watching the same ones over and over! The 2nd Aura is a gift for my best friend. I know she’ll love it!

Disappointed

Wouldn't stay connected to wifi, and then when I reached out for help troubleshooting, I kept getting the same canned suggestions that I'd already tried that hadn't worked.

Have not used the Aura frames yet. I purchased 2 of them to give to my two 35 year old daughters for Christmas this year. They may need instruction at some point.

Enjoyable

I enjoy the frame but I had to make my own collages bc the frame’s photo match doesn’t match all portraits and also the shuffle isn’t very good at shuffling. I have 400 images.

Aura carver 10”

I purchased the Aura frame for a Christmas gift. So I am unable to rate the product. But I have exact same frame + love it. Hopefully since this is a Christmas gift any warranty will remain in effect after the holidays . Thank you
