The Rich Haircare Set $130 Value

I've been using the duo for almost 2 months now and wish I could return it. I was curious to try both the Rich Shampoo and Rich Conditioner. I'm VERY disappointed by both - especially for the price. I honestly cannot tell a difference between this duo, and some all-in-one you would get at Target. The shampoo leaves my hair feeling stripped of nutrients, dry, and scratchy. I do not have thinning hair, so can't speak to if it helps with thickness. I will say that a little goes a long way with the shampoo. It has a good lather. I did find it odd that AB is making a shampoo/conditioner combo, since this isn't their area of expertise. I feel like all they did was take the formula for a cheap shampoo, throw some TFC8 in it, and call it good. I also use Kerastase hair products, which I'm comparing this to on a price level. I'll be sticking to Kerastase.

I always have ordered this item to many times and i never have missing the item just now, and no was able to help me with my refund back, i am very disappointed , I am really very disappointed for refused to help me and waist my money for not have received my item and cost me a ot of money $70.69 , this is a fraud to me

I like the shampoo. Very creamy. My hair felt good. You don't need a lot of it. The conditioner, did not work for my hair at all. I used a lot. but it did not detangle and hydrate my hair as I liked. I had to use a different brand to detangle my hair. Definitely not a fan. I will buy the shampoo again but never again in the conditioner. I'm African American with coily hair.
