Silk & Cashmere Cardigan

This sweater will be a very versatile piece in my wardrobe. It can be worn with a nice tshirt for a more polished casual look yet is dressy enough to go over a nice blouse or dress when a little warmth is needed. It will be perfect for cool summer evenings but I know it will be a sweater I use year round. Flattering fit but size down if you're between sizes because it runs slightly large.

Nordstrom says this: 85% silk, 15% cashmere with 100% silk contrast. The label in the sweater says this: 85% silk, 15% cashmere, Complement; 100% POLYESTER (all caps in case you missed it) The back of this sweater is not silk, but polyester. Not cool and not worth the price, even on sale. In addition, my sweater arrived with runs in the fabric, and the pockets look sloppy. This sweater is CANCELED. And returned.

This is one item that should be touched before purchasing. Seeing as it was cashmere and silk mix I imaged something other than the paper thin sweater that arrived. Also, the back is an even thinner silk which looks very wrong with the look of the sweater. I was hoping for a cozy but tailored look. Returned. Sadly.
